RETURNS & REFUNDS

Online Store Items:
Perishable goods cannot be returned but can be canceled 5 days prior to due date less the 3% convenience fee that we are charged from the credit card processing company. If less than 5 days there are no refunds.

If you are placing a larger order and would like to avoid the potential 3% return fee, please reach out to us directly and we will create a custom order invoice for you which is paid via check, cash or bank transfer.

Alternatively we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your order.

Cancellations, postponements, or flavor changes can be made up until 7 days prior to due date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Custom Orders:
Deposits are required to secure your order and are non-refundable 2-months prior to your event date.

Final payments are required 2-weeks prior to your event and are non-refundable at that time.

Should you choose to pay via credit card, the 3% processing fees are non-refundable upon receipt of payment.
